Kim Hoang Lam

Hello! My name is Kim and I am a 3rd year Biochemistry student with a minor in education in science. I am currently a research scientist in the biochemistry department at UCSD. My hometown is not too far from San Diego as I grew up in LA! I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, watching Twitch streams, and skateboarding in my free time. I am also on the UCSD Chinese lion dance team. I’ve lived in Muir my entire undergrad and am excited for the 2024-2025 school year, and what it offers. Don’t be afraid to say hi! I am always open to meeting new people of different backgrounds. 

Daniela De La Torre

Hello! My name is Daniela De La Torre, and I’m a third-year student majoring in Public Health with Concentration in Medicine Sciences. I’m passionate about nutrition and aspire to become a Registered Dietitian. Sports have always been a big part of my life, with basketball and track and field being my favorite. To stay active nowadays, I enjoy weightlifting and occasionally shooting hoops. My favorite spot on campus is Yogurt World, where you’ll often find me on Fridays, grabbing froyo to enjoy on Sun God Lawn. I’m excited to join the ResLife team and look forward to making connections with others in the Muir community.

Hello! I’m Alyssa Wong, a third year double majoring in Molecular Biology and Cognitive Psychology. I am originally from Los Angeles and like to travel throughout the area to eat and find the best boba spots! Additionally, I love hanging out with my friends and family and listening to kpop (my ult group is NCT Dream) I am excited to be apart of the Res Life team and assist y’all this year!

Hello! I’m Andrea, and I am a third year Social Psychology major! San Diego is my second home, so I love exploring the city with my friends. Some of my favorite things to do here is spend Sunday mornings at La Jolla Farmers market, catch sunsets at Kate Sessions Park, and eat good food at Old Town. I’m excited to work as a Res Life Intern again and to meet new people :)
